Each customer market consists of multiple network elements (approximately ten-fifteen Solaris servers) each with their own special function in the network. There are fifteen markets in all, all tied to one single T-1 fire-walled gateway.

- Documented procedures for network activity including the migration of customer reporting from their current platform and environment to AEMS, along with server data migrations for first application, Motorola and Sprint test laboratories and commercial markets.

- on call (24×7) for disaster recovery for both engineering staff and management. Directly worked with NOCs and other emergency groups within the Sprint customer and Motorola teams to coordinate backouts and recovery issues.
