- Excellent customer management skills developed through direct customer support built and sustained strong customer relations.
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills to address customer problems through analysis of system statistics and performance reports.

Supported special network management projects for our customer including: RAID disk array setup and configuration, customer tool development, web page management and support and script generation and encryption.

- Remote administrated and upgraded our Fedora Core systems and attached it to the customer network through a Cisco firewall, to gather information on their Solaris 6-10 systems. Each customer market consists of multiple network elements (approximately ten-fifteen Solaris servers) each with their own special function in the network. There are fifteen markets in all, all tied to one single T-1 fire-walled gateway.

- Documented procedures for network activity including the migration of customer reporting from their current platform and environment to AEMS, along with server data migrations for first application, Motorola and Sprint test laboratories and commercial markets.
- Six Sigma Yellow belt certified (training Green Belt)
- on call (24×7) for disaster recovery for both engineering staff and management. Directly worked with NOCs and other emergency groups within the Sprint customer and Motorola teams to coordinate backouts and recovery issues.
